Introduction of Artist : Smt. Prajna Rao is daughter of Shri. Shrinivas Udupi and Smt. Vijayalakshmi Udupi .She had her initial musical training which was in Carnataic music under the guidance of Renuka Nair and Smt.Sheela Vasudev Murthy. In 2009 she bagan her training in Hindustani Classical music under the guidance of esteemed Guru Pt.Ramarao Nayak and Smt.Aarthi Nayak Kamath in the institute of Kalangan, Margao. She has completed her Visharad in Hindustani vocals from Akhila Bharatiya Gandarva Mahavidyalay and is currently pursuing vocal training under the guidance of Smt. Purnima Bhat Kulkarni, a renowned artist empaneled with All India Radio. She is comfortable in singing different musical genre like Hindustani Classical Music, DEVARANAMAS, BHAJANS, and Marathi abhang. Currently she is providing vocal training in Hindustani classical music in Melange Academy. Apart from music she is a post graduate in Psychology. She will accompanied by TABLA - SHRI .Kaushik Bhat.
